Hey girls,

Sorry about this morning. I was very tired. I went to sleep really late last night. Yesterday we came back, from my aunt and uncle’s place, at around 11:30. Right away I sat down to write my blog entry of what I did that day. After I finished I tried to answer all my emails, chatted a bit with whoever was online and then I watched a bit of a TV show. By the time I went to bed it was already 1:45. What can I say, time flies when you’re wasting it in front of the computer.

So what did I do today? I thought that we were going to the sea, but becuz my grand-father is already taking us there on Wednesday, we decided to do something else. Instead we decided to take the train to Tel-Aviv, to the Izraeli Kenyon (mall). Don’t worry it wasn’t as boring as you think it was.

The train was pretty cool to start off with. It was nothing like the Metro back home, which is fast, boring and underground. The train here is slow (which is calming), non boring (lots of different kinds of soldiers in different uniforms), and not underground. LOL!!!!!!! Btw: when I said before that the rain stopped t was still raining (hard!)when we were boarding the train.

It took us 10 minutes to get there. At first we just walked around looking at all the stores but not buying anything. I think we went into at least ten stores or something before we went into the book shop, there my aunt bought some games for my brothers and a cut fairytale book for her daughter, Michali.

Next we went to the pharmacy. Shterna had asked us to buy her something from there, but we couldn’t find what she wanted. We did, however, buy some Bamba and Bissli since we didn’t bring a lunch with us. Also my aunt made me try on some perfumes becuz I told her that I rarely wore it. I tried on Chantal and Pleasure.

After that we went to look at shoes. I wasn’t really planning on buying anything. I was just trying them on for fun. First we went to ALDO where I saw I shoe that I liked but they didn’t have my size, next we went to SPRING but they didn’t have anything interesting, and finally we went to WEEKEND. There I found a nice pair of heels that I really liked and since it was a good price we bought them. Also I got them becuz I realized that I needed another set of heels for graduation and camp/summer.

Then we visited the jewelry store (remind me later to tell you what we got there. Sorry it’s a surprise for someone, so I can’t tell).

After we decided that I t was time to eat something, so we went down to the cafeteria where my aunt ordered something for her self from one of the restaurants and we took out our Bamba and Bissli. After we finished we were about to pack up and leave when we saw a (girl) soldier. Of course we had seen many soldiers during our stay here so far but this was different, she was the first one we saw with an M15 (a type of gun). I had the brilliant idea getting my picture taken with her. My dad asked her ans she said yes. I will try to upload the picture. For some reason the picture uplowder thing doesn’t work as weel as it used to.

The last and final store we went to was TOP 10. There we bought some very nice looking scarves (one for my mom) and a hat (for me).

After this we had to leave, cuz Yochi had to pick up her daughter from “late class”. Again we took the train back. My cousin, Michali, was thrilled to see me and would not stop hugging me. We then went to Yochi’s house, where we ate supper and i started and finished this blog entry.

Another few facts before I go.

* My aunt has lemons, mangoes, tangerines, oranges and more growing in her garden.

*there is absolutely nothing to do here at night.

*I wanna do something real already.

Okay that’s all

Got to go do hmwk! (For real)

See ya all,

Later

Chaya
